Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for all serviceable pin codes on orders above ₹999.

We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery. Return pickup is available for selected pin codes.

Important Return Guidelines:

  1. Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Reverse pickup will be scheduled in 2–3 working days.
  3. Once we receive the product, we’ll contact you to confirm the request.
  4. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and sent with original packaging and tags.
  5. Items without tags will not be accepted.


No, we do not charge any extra fees for returns or exchanges.

Orders usually reach metros and Tier I cities in 2–5 working days.

For other locations, delivery might take slightly longer.

Yes, we charge a flat ₹50 shipping fee on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

However, you can place orders from outside India as long as the shipping address is within India.

Cancellation, Return & Refund

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by either:

  • Clicking the "Cancel Order" button in your order confirmation message, or
  • Sending us a message on WhatsApp.

⛔ Once an order is processed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed, and refunds may not be applicable.

Customers can return their orders within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

  1. Visit the Returns/Refund section on our website.
  2. Send us a message on WhatsApp with your order details.

Pack the item in its original packaging with tags, and hand it over to our courier partner during the pickup.

Once we receive the product at our warehouse and it passes the quality check (QC), we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Failing to report within 24 hours may result in rejection of the return request.

If you receive an incorrect item, please:

  • Visit the Returns/Refund section on the website, or
  • Click the return request link in your order message.

We’ll ensure the issue is resolved promptly.

You can raise a return request within 7 days from the delivery date.

We do not offer exchanges.
However, you can return the product and place a new order separately.

  • It takes 7–10 days for the product to reach our warehouse after pickup.
  • After QC approval, your refund will be processed within 72 hours.

If you return an order placed with a discount:

  • The discount will be waived off, and items will be refunded at MRP.
  • The balance will be refunded to your bank account.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase.

It typically takes 2–3 working days to reflect in your account.

Once the product is received and passes QC, your refund will be credited to your bank account.
